You'll spend time with practice staff, translate operational problems into product direction, and ship quickly. This foundational PM role offers outsized influence on what the company becomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define problems clearly and ship solutions iteratively
• Shape the roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products
• Collaborate with engineering on rapid build-measure-refine cycles
• Shadow practice staff to deeply understand workflows and pain points

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Experience leading engineering teams through ambiguous product problems
• Experience shipping AI-powered products
