💼 About This Role

You'll partner with top healthcare clients to ensure successful delivery and scaling of RadiantGraph's AI-powered engagement platform. You will analyze client requirements, design high-impact solutions, and heavily influence the product roadmap. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of healthcare technology and AI-driven member engagement, driving measurable improvements in outcomes and cost reduction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client projects from kickoff to long-term account management
• Map member journeys and multi-channel communication plans using AI platform
• Lead QBRs tracking KPIs, accomplishments, and expansion opportunities
• Identify expansion opportunities to support client's growth and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting or strategic account management at enterprise level
• Experience in healthcare member marketing and communications strategy
• Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management
• Experience partnering with data/analytics to distill high-value learnings
