Description

As an Associate at Astranis, you will design signal processing for custom software-defined radio hardware, model end-to-end radio systems from earth to space, and drive radio architecture trade studies. Work closely with FPGA developers to implement and test signal processing on radio hardware.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in signals and systems
• Strong fundamentals in digital communications
• Familiarity with software development for DSP, MCU, or FPGA
• Familiarity with analog concepts
• US Citizenship or Green Card

Responsibilities

• Design signal processing for custom SDR hardware
• Work with FPGA developers to implement and test signal processing
• Model end-to-end radio system from earth to space
• Drive radio architecture trade studies and run link budgets
• Optimize radio system for maximum performance across markets
