Description
You will own the engagement strategy for a global creator community, managing CRM, social, and events to drive creator acquisition, retention, and advocacy. You'll collaborate with product teams to shape offerings for nano and micro influencers, using data to optimize campaigns and community metrics.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or creator/influencer marketing
- Experience developing engagement strategies for online communities (preferably B2B)
- Experience planning and executing CRM campaigns (using Braze, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and manage value proposition and messaging for creator community across segments
- Design and execute multi-channel engagement strategy (CRM, social, events) for full creator journey
- Drive targeted lifecycle campaigns to improve conversion from follower to active member
- Steer communication and channel strategy, create engaging content (guides, newsletters, success stories)
- Track and analyze community metrics (LTV, activation, retention, churn) to refine strategies
