Description

You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for Carvana sites nationwide, operate 24/7 emergency phone lines, and triage calls. You'll analyze risks like facility intrusion, natural disasters, and workplace violence, and escalate incidents appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years previous Security Operations or Call Center experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, and potential overtime
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent customer service
• Effective communication via phone or email and remote troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems nationwide
• Answer routine and emergency calls, monitor alarms and video equipment
• Detect, analyze, and alert on conditions impacting Carvana employees, assets, or business
• Respond to life safety incidents and dispatch appropriate personnel
