You'll coach and mentor Solutions Consultants and Account Executives on demo techniques and strategic positioning. You'll drive improvement in go-to-market initiatives and collaborate with Sales Management to accelerate sales cycles. This hybrid role in London offers the chance to shape a scaling team at FloQast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of Solutions Consultants.
• Join demo meetings to assist with technical expertise.
• Conduct weekly call reviews and provide feedback.
• Lead internal training sessions on accounting and sales.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years pre-sales experience in a similar industry.
• 4+ years people management experience required.
• Proven record as a Solutions Consultant and manager.
• About 25% travel required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior user experience of FloQast or month-end close software.
• Accounting systems implementation or user experience (ERP, etc.).
