You'll work on AI research assistants for scientists at Ai2's Asta project, building infrastructure for LLM and agentic research. Your core impact will be creating tools to accelerate scientific discovery in domains like biology and cancer research. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to open-source releases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build infrastructure for next-generation LLM and agentic research.
• Create AI tools for scientific discovery in biology, cancer research, etc.
• Design and train ML/Language models for agentic workflows.
• Bridge cutting-edge research into a widely adopted product.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/EE/Data Science or related field.
• 2+ years building agentic infrastructure handling tools and skills.
• 2+ years building ML infrastructure for data processing and model training.
• Python and PyTorch/Jax/Tensorflow experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in CS/EE or related field.
• Contributions to open-source ML libraries (e.g., spaCy, AllenNLP).
• Experience with production-scale systems or HPC.
