You'll lead end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S., Australia, Canada, and the UK for a fast-growing tech company. You'll ensure payroll accuracy and compliance while building scalable processes. This role offers high impact in a collaborative, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll for exempt and hourly employees across global entities.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws, tax registrations, and payroll records.
• Drive payroll controls and serve as payroll compliance owner.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits and variance analysis.
• Oversee equity payroll processing for ISOs, NQSOs, and RSUs.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive payroll experience including U.S. payroll in high-growth tech.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll, wage/hour compliance, and multi-state tax.
• Experience with multi-state and multi-country payroll, including EOR partners.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and ADP payroll/HRIS systems.

• Global payroll exposure in AU, UK, or CA.
• Experience administering equity and incentive payroll.
• Advanced Excel skills and AI/automation experience.
