💼 About This Role

You'll lead field clinicians supporting skilled adult and pediatric home care cases, balancing clinical oversight, staff mentorship, and case management. With limited on-call expectations and a Monday–Friday schedule, you'll ensure high-quality care while giving clinicians the support they need to succeed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor clinical staff in delivering exceptional client service
• Support education and development of clinicians, including nurse residency program
• Visit clients in their homes for supervision, assessments, and clinical support
• Partner with office team on case management and quality assurance

📋 Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing
• 3+ years of recent hands-on RN or LPN experience
• Experience in home health, med-surg, ICU, or pediatrics
• At least 1 year of experience mentoring or supervising nurses

• Home care or pediatric experience
• BSN or MSN
• Trach, vent, or tube care experience
