Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations in a vehicle inspection center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on mentoring leads, driving continuous improvement, and meeting quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of high engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports
• Participate in strategic plan development and ensure alignment with company goals
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and performance standards
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
