You'll lead digital acquisition and conversion optimization for a mission-driven telehealth company. You'll own the end-to-end pre-conversion customer journey, driving organic growth and optimizing every touchpoint. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution using AI tools.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the marketing website as the primary conversion engine
- Lead migration from Sanity CMS to Webflow
- Build and run scaled test-and-learn landing page program
- Leverage AI tools for rapid site updates and optimizations
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AI engine optimization strategy
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with conversion optimization and organic growth
- 5+ years owning a digital experience function in direct-to-consumer environments
- Demonstrated AI proficiency using tools like Claude, Claude Code, v0, Cursor
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow migration
- Background in performance medicine or health-tech
- Startup experience at 8-figure ARR companies
