Description

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to build relationships with clinical partners and referral sources in your local community. You'll spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with patients, parents, and providers to connect them to virtual behavioral health treatment, ensuring more people access life-saving care.

Requirements

• Based in Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Santa Clara, or Santa Cruz, CA
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs preferred
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
