You will play a lead role designing, building, and scaling software systems to support patient engagement for life sciences companies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage AI/LLMs, own large projects end-to-end, and mentor engineers while driving technical excellence.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in CS or equivalent experience
• 6+ years professional software engineering experience
• Expertise with TypeScript, Python, or Golang
• Experience with relational databases, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems
• Product-engineering mindset balancing technical quality with velocity

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale software systems for rapidly growing product
• Own large systems and projects end-to-end
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Client Solutions teams
• Use AI and LLMs to accelerate impact and power innovative features
• Participate in on-call rotations and mentor engineers
