You'll manage end-to-end Support hiring for a high-growth fintech in Africa. Your work directly scales a team building cashless infrastructure across 9 countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end Support hiring processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
• Coordinate recruitment events and medical evaluations.
• Cultivate talent pools and ensure exceptional candidate experiences.
• Collaborate with various departments for seamless onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Wolof
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent
• HR background with experience in full recruitment cycle
