💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical vision for a Customer Data Mart serving CDP, analytics, and marketing activation. You'll design end-to-end cloud-native data architectures in a hybrid role based in Toronto. You'll mentor cross-functional teams and drive medallion architecture best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical vision for the Unified Customer Data Mart
• Design end-to-end data architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Define data modeling standards for customer dimensions and facts
• Architect production-grade pipelines using DBT and Airflow

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering or data architecture
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery (mandatory)
• Experience implementing medallion or layered data architectures
• Deep expertise in SQL and Python for distributed data systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to identity resolution solutions and privacy compliance
• Experience with legacy enterprise systems (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Background in data governance, metadata management, or observability
