You'll work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and other teams, handling contracts, compliance, and corporate governance for a DeFi company. You'll gain hands-on experience in in-house corporate legal work and regulatory matters unique to digital assets. This role offers a front-row seat to strategic and operational challenges in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and revise contracts including NDAs and service agreements
• Serve as legal liaison across Operations, HR, Finance, and Talent departments
• Support compliance and policy initiatives across the organization
• Provide administrative support for the Chief Legal Officer

📋 Requirements

• Prior in-house or law firm paralegal experience
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in corporate, transactional, or crypto-related law
