You'll create a world-class customer experience at a PharmaCann retail dispensary, educating customers about cannabis products and driving repeat business through strong sales techniques and product knowledge. You'll execute high hospitality standards and ensure accurate register transactions in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and cannabis laws.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations).
• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast-paced retail customer service.
• Proven expertise to accurately manage a register.
