π― What You'll Do
- Lead the Account Executive team focused on new logo acquisition
- Partner with senior sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategy
- Conduct structured weekly funnel and pipeline reviews
- Provide hands-on coaching through 1:1s, live deal reviews, and role-playing
- Ensure forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, and disciplined deal management
π Requirements
- 5+ years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales with proven track record
- 3+ years leading and developing Account Executive teams in new business
- Strong ability to drive pipeline generation and build predictable revenue systems
- Deep understanding of sales funnel dynamics and qualification frameworks
