You'll support production by preparing, packaging, and staging raw materials into complete kits for manufacturing. You'll ensure accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment. This role offers **ownership in the company** and a chance to **revitalize US manufacturing**.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of **manufacturing** or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and package materials into kits per specifications
• Record material movements in the ERP system (Infor CloudSuite/Syteline)
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect kits for quality and defects before release
