💼 About This Role

You'll partner with account teams to design and deliver enterprise networking solutions for wired, wireless, and cloud-managed environments. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, ensuring successful deployments. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge Wi-Fi 7 and cloud-managed platforms while expanding NETGEAR's presence in Japan.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver pre-sales technical consultation and solution design
• Support deployment of Wi-Fi, switching, routing, and security solutions
• Conduct RF planning and wireless network design using Ekahau
• Enable channel partners through technical training and guidance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Systems Engineering or Network Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 technologies
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking (switching, VLANs, routing, QoS)
• Business-level Japanese and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-managed networking platforms (e.g., NETGEAR Insight)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts
• Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA)
• Experience with AV over IP solutions
