💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support to global HRTers while driving automation and engineering solutions to improve scalability and efficiency. You'll work closely with IT leadership to deliver projects and meet service-level objectives. This role is expected to be onsite up to 80% of the time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automations with code to streamline IT support tasks
• Deliver responsive technical support as escalation point for Windows issues
• Administer core IT platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Jira
• Manage onboarding process for user accounts and hardware
• Participate in on-call rotation including occasional weekend shifts

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency across macOS, Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Hands-on experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and Zoom
• Familiarity with Git and understanding of CI/CD tooling
