Description

You will prepare annual statutory financial statements and assist in SEC financial reporting, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with SOX 404. Your work supports the timely and accurate completion of periodic filings and technical accounting memos.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting with outstanding academic credentials; CPA strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant public accounting experience; Big 4 preferred
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting research
• Experience with financial statement disclosures and footnotes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic SEC financial filings (10-K, 10-Q, Earnings Releases) by gathering and analyzing data
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements and notes
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and provide supporting documentation
• Support internal control compliance (SOX 404) over Accounting Policy and SEC Reporting
• Assist with adoption of new accounting pronouncements and preparation of technical accounting memos
