🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead contract negotiations with vendors for goods and services
• Ensure vendor contracts adhere to legal and compliance policies
• Work with business leads to mitigate risk and address business needs
• Maintain contract records in the vendor management database

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience in contract negotiation
• Ability to spot legal issues and communicate positions effectively
• Legal degree (J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent) and/or bar license
• Experience and familiarity with Privacy Law
