Description

You will independently own the strategy and execution for several end-to-end projects or program areas in regulatory operations. You'll drive delivery of complex regulatory solutions, organize problems into actionable milestones, and lead cross-departmental collaboration to keep Lyft compliant and competitive.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to own multiple project workstreams end-to-end with limited oversight
• Proficient understanding of technical products and services
• Able to interpret data and metrics; SQL or data viz tools a plus
• Strong communication skills; can summarize program area clearly to varying audiences

Responsibilities

• Independently drive projects of small to medium scope from ideation to delivery
• Build technical foundation of Lyft services, own updates and roadmaps for internal services
• Improve existing processes and mitigate delays, prioritize based on business need
• Assemble and present recommendations to leadership using data and insights
• Build effective project core team and mentor team members
