Description

You will build and improve mechanical systems at rocket launch facilities, contributing directly to the success of future Starship launches. Your work involves reading blueprints, installing and maintaining industrial machinery, and ensuring safety and precision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of professional experience in manufacturing/production or tooling environment
• Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, work at heights up to 100 feet
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine work procedures
• Install stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools
• Inspect and examine machinery to detect irregularities and malfunctions
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Align and test equipment, making necessary adjustments
