Description

You will be responsible for producing premium through proper risk analysis and distribution of our management liability and professional liability insurance products. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to develop products that brokers are eager to promote. Your work directly helps small businesses grow with confidence.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of underwriting experience in respective product
• Network of brokers or carriers in management/professional liability
• Expertise in specialty liability products (rating, policy forms, endorsements)
• Ability to engage brokers to establish long-term partnerships
• Proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, annual targets

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals
• Price accounts with competitive terms quickly and thoughtfully
• Manage quote related communication and questions
• Collaborate with underwriting team on complex account exposures
• Provide market feedback and recommend improvements to terms, rates, and guidelines
