You'll partner with teachers across the Lansing School District to enhance student achievement through research-based coaching models. You'll collaborate with educators to set goals, analyze data, and provide professional development, building trust and fostering continuous improvement. This role offers ongoing training and a chance to impact urban PreK-12 education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve student achievement through teacher-coached goals
• Provide one-on-one and team coaching using LSD models
• Build trusting relationships with teachers and administrators
• Maintain coaching logs and participate in leadership meetings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Three consecutive years of Effective or Highly Effective ratings
• Five years teaching experience
• Alignment with Lansing School District mission and values

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid Michigan Teacher Certificate
• Master's degree in education or related field
• Experience in a coaching or leadership role in an urban school
