Description
You will lead a new high-impact function within Customer Success, driving customer contract excellence, strategic intelligence, and governance across deals. You'll manage a team to create a centralized intelligence system, enhance deal governance, and ensure seamless execution of complex deals while safeguarding long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in customer contract management and governance
- Leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Cross-functional collaboration across APME regions
- Strategic guidance on deal negotiation
Responsibilities
- Manage team for centralized customer deal intelligence system
- Enhance deal governance framework and analytics capability
- Build live platform to track contract open items across MSA, SO, lease, etc.
- Participate in customer contract negotiations and provide sign-off on summaries
- Serve as internal consultant to deal team on term negotiation
