Description

You will lead a new high-impact function within Customer Success, driving customer contract excellence, strategic intelligence, and governance across deals. You'll manage a team to create a centralized intelligence system, enhance deal governance, and ensure seamless execution of complex deals while safeguarding long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer contract management and governance
  • Leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration across APME regions
  • Strategic guidance on deal negotiation

Responsibilities

  • Manage team for centralized customer deal intelligence system
  • Enhance deal governance framework and analytics capability
  • Build live platform to track contract open items across MSA, SO, lease, etc.
  • Participate in customer contract negotiations and provide sign-off on summaries
  • Serve as internal consultant to deal team on term negotiation
