Description

You'll manage the product backlog, write user stories, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features for Renaissance's education intelligence platform. You will ensure alignment with business strategy, monitor KPIs, and conduct acceptance testing to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product management or ownership in software/technology
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills to translate data and customer insights into product requirements
• Preferred: educational technology, data analytics, AI/LLM tools curiosity

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Align business and technical strategy with product manager for development and release planning
• Establish iterative delivery cadence considering dependencies and roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering) on ecosystem value
