💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end supply planning and procurement for a BCI startup building devices that restore autonomy. Your core impact will be ensuring material readiness for prototype, clinical, and commercial phases. This role offers the chance to own ERP system governance and shape supply chain workflows from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate S&OP inputs and align demand, supply, and capacity for 12–18-month plans.
• Manage supplier purchase orders and ensure on-time material availability.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supply agreements with external partners.
• Optimize inventory strategies (safety stock, reorder points) and manage E&O.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-15+ years of supply planning or procurement in medical devices or regulated manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers and outsourced production.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred) and supply chain analytics.

• APICS certification (CSCP, CPIM).
• Experience with ISO 13485 or 21 CFR 820 requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience.
