🎯 What You'll Do
- Structure non-standard deals and manage approval workflows
- Support annual and quarterly sales planning cycles
- Design and administer sales compensation plans
- Manage pipeline, territory design, and routing in Salesforce
- Partner with Customer Success to improve retention metrics
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in revenue operations or related at a B2B SaaS company
- Direct experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team
- Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Clay, LeadIQ
- Data-driven with ability to drill into drivers and provide insights
✨ Nice to Have
- Salesforce admin certification or equivalent
- Experience in high-growth or Series B through D environment

- 💵 On Target Earnings between $155,000 and $185,000
