You'll own lifecycle marketing strategy across 9 European markets, owning the full merchant journey and every channel. You'll define programmes, investment, and measurement, then architect the systems that deliver them. You'll raise the bar on lifecycle at Teya, translating strategy into outcomes and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy across 9 markets and full merchant lifecycle
• Set standards for reusable frameworks, campaigns, and measurement
• Architect complex Braze Canvas journeys with branching and experiments
• Steer integrations between Braze, Snowflake, Amplitude, Lokalise, and HubSpot
• Identify high-impact opportunities from data and build business cases

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in CRM, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
• Deep Braze expertise including Liquid, Connected Content, and API-triggered campaigns
• Data fluency in SQL and modern analytics tools like Amplitude
• Experience in multi-market environments with localisation complexities
