You'll manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits at a primary care clinic. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to deliver human-centered care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Collaborate with team via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures and supervise NP/PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligible with plans to obtain within 1 year
• State licensed in Georgia before start date
