💼 About This Role

You'll build, operate, and maintain test infrastructure for the R1 microreactor alongside Test Engineers. You'll assemble test rigs, integrate sensors and data acquisition systems, and execute tests safely. This role is crucial for rapid iteration and ensuring data quality and operational uptime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain test rigs and support equipment for R1 components.
• Install instrumentation like thermocouples, pressure transducers, and wiring.
• Set up and operate data acquisition systems and control hardware.
• Execute tests per procedures and document results and anomalies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on test technician or similar experience.
• Experience assembling mechanical systems or test fixtures.
• Experience with instrumentation integration (thermocouples, pressure transducers, etc.).
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems and basic test software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in an R&D or prototype environment building test rigs.
• Experience with plumbing systems (tubing, valves, brazing).
• Python or scripting familiarity.
