💼 About This Role

You'll join a derivatives trading team to build and own critical infrastructure powering high-performance trading strategies. You'll design, implement, and operate scalable distributed systems that manage real capital in live crypto markets. This role offers deep impact and ownership at a leading DeFi quantitative firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and operate scalable distributed systems in production.
• Build low-latency and streaming systems for real-time workloads.
• Develop data pipelines and ETL workflows for ingesting and serving data.
• Implement Web3 protocol integrations including smart contract interactions.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building low-latency or high-throughput systems.
• Experience with Web3 systems including smart contract interaction.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience at financial or trading firms.
• Smart contract development experience (e.g. Solidity).
• Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g. Dagster).
