Description

You will lead end-to-end payroll processing for the Netherlands as a subject matter expert, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring data integrity. You'll mentor team members and drive process improvements in a fully remote, async environment.

Requirements

• End-to-end payroll processing experience in-house or at a service provider
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in Excel / Google Suite
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for country payroll
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Process end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance
• Ensure data integrity, payroll journals, and reconciliations
• Mentor and support payroll specialists
