You'll architect engagement ecosystems that influence patient, HCP, and stakeholder behavior. You'll partner with Integrated Strategy, Creative, and PRSI to ensure ideas are designed for amplification across earned, owned, and paid channels.

• Lead engagement strategy across key healthcare accounts
• Design patient and HCP journeys integrating brand and medical strategy
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, PRSI, and Growth teams
• Apply emerging technologies like AI and WPP Open to engagement solutions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in engagement or communications strategy, ideally in healthcare
• Proven ability to integrate earned, owned, and paid channels
• Experience with patient and HCP behavior change strategy
• Strong client partnership and new business capabilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled personalization platforms like WPP Open
• Background in pharma or health agency environment
• Familiarity with PRSI and earned-first thinking
