💼 About This Role

You'll drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents and identifying prospective agent introductions. You'll partner with Strategic Growth Managers to build the sales pipeline through cold-calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns. This role offers a direct path to becoming a Strategic Growth Manager through formal training.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Work with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies
  • Document activities in CRM and maintain data management

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in SDR, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and ambiguous situations

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry
