You'll drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents and identifying prospective agent introductions. You'll partner with Strategic Growth Managers to build the sales pipeline through cold-calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns. This role offers a direct path to becoming a Strategic Growth Manager through formal training.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
- Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn
- Work with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies
- Document activities in CRM and maintain data management
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience in SDR, Customer Success, or Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and ambiguous situations
