💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Team Operations and Planning Systems team at Waymo, setting the roadmap and providing career support. You'll drive strategic planning processes and partner with leadership on headcount planning and organizational design. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a multi-disciplinary team of direct reports.
• Drive OKR setting and strategic planning across all Operations components.
• Design and refine operational rhythm including meetings and dashboards.
• Initiate and lead cross-functional special projects to improve Operations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations strategy, management consulting, or Chief of Staff role.
• Experience with organizational design and headcount planning in a scaling tech company.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects independently.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with modeling skills.

• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and systems design.
