You'll provide expert technical support for 51.2T switch architectures and 800G/1.6T optical transceivers, working directly with customers deploying AI networking platforms. You'll debug interoperability issues and lead system bring-up, shaping the optical infrastructure for next-gen AI supercomputing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for 51.2T switch architectures and optical transceivers
• Serve as primary customer-facing technical lead for system-level solutions
• Debug interoperability issues involving switches, DSPs, and optical modules
• Lead customer demos and hands-on system bring-up and performance tuning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of optical transceivers architecture and configuration
• Hands-on experience with DSP bring-up and high-speed link debugging
• In-depth familiarity with AI networking switch architectures and L1/L2 configurations

• Experience with 1.6T modules or next-gen switches
• Previous experience at leading optical transceiver or networking company
