You'll lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to maximize growth and profitability across key U.S. channels. You will define customer-specific 4P strategies and oversee trade investment planning and optimization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of trade spend and ROI analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of customer-specific 4P strategies
• Oversee trade investment planning and ROI optimization
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
• Manage customer-level P&L and performance tracking

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of CPG or retail experience
• At least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of 4P strategy
• Proven P&L management and trade spend analysis
