💼 About This Role

You'll drive strategic programs and operational excellence across Scopely's Live Games portfolio, partnering with Central Tech, Live Ops Automation, Marketing, and Product teams. You'll own Direct-to-Consumer initiatives and broader business operations to help game teams operate more efficiently and maximize player impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategic program roadmap across Live Games including D2C and Central Tech
• Lead cross-functional program execution ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines
• Build integrated operational plans to track progress across concurrent initiatives
• Drive initiatives improving Live Ops efficiency via automation and ML/AI tooling

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, banking, business operations, or program management
• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with executive presence
• Experience working within free-to-play gaming environments

• Experience with Live Ops, game publishing, or live service ecosystems
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimization
