🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of backend developers
• Coordinate cross-functional MarTech product development
• Hire and build the backend team
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in dev teams
• 5+ years commercial backend development
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, DDD, Microservices
• Experience with MySQL and RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of Kubernetes basics
• Experience with Go and Symfony
