💼 About This Role

You'll set the engineering direction for our social good platforms, operating at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and people. You'll define how we build across the full stack and drive architectural improvements that reduce friction. You'll also help define Omaze's approach to AI-assisted coding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish engineering standards and best practices across the full stack.
• Lead architecture of complex, cross-cutting systems.
• Identify and resolve systemic technical risks before they become production problems.
• Own end-to-end technical quality across multiple product areas.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and AWS.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale production systems.
• Experience with testing strategies at all levels.

• Experience mentoring senior engineers.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and security requirements.
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools.
