🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead security scrums, demos, and maturity initiatives
• Define and own GenAI security policies and standards
• Conduct threat modeling, design reviews, and assessments
• Lead incident response and vulnerability management

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Security Engineering, AppSec, or Cloud Security
• 3+ years leading and scaling technical teams
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
• Scripting ability using Python or other languages

✨ Nice to Have

• High-growth SaaS or startup experience
• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM systems and risks
• Experience with SIEM, Splunk, or Metasploit
