You will refine and execute sales strategy across advertiser verticals like Pharma, Healthcare, and Retail, driving net new sales and long-term partnerships. You'll lead a team, collaborate with Product and R&D, and guide clients on product roadmaps to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in sales, business development, or client success in ad tech
  • 5+ years managing a team
  • 5+ years programmatic technology experience (DSP, SSP, Ad Server, etc.)
  • Ability to teach clients sell-side/buy-side dynamics and programmatic landscape
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals and presenting to C-level executives

Responsibilities

  • Refine sales strategy and ensure execution to meet revenue targets across key advertiser verticals
  • Lead team accountability and promote collaborative work environment
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and client success teams
  • Travel to events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Develop lasting relationships with in-house teams at brands and advertisers
