You'll lead accounting operations across business units, reporting to the CFO in a high-growth healthcare company. You'll scale and refine accounting functions to support Nomi's mission of rebuilding healthcare. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, consolidations, and GAAP reporting across business units
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with accuracy
• Lead ERP implementations and system upgrades

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years leading multi-entity teams
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred
