• Own and drive high-impact strategic initiatives end-to-end
• Develop data-driven analyses and recommendations for C-suite
• Lead value creation initiatives aligned with growth strategy
• Act as central connector across functions

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High ownership mentality with outcome focus
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders

• SaaS, PE-backed, or high-growth environment experience
• AI transformation initiative experience
• German language skills
