💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care to hospice patients, ensuring dignity and comfort. Your work supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being for terminally ill individuals and their families. This role offers flexible PRN shifts and the opportunity to be part of a faith-based ministry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care with respect and dignity.
• Observe and report patient's condition to RN.
• Assist with feeding patients as needed.
• Attend required in-services and IDT meetings.

📋 Requirements

• CNA/STNA certification active on Ohio registry.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Valid driver's license and insured transportation.
