💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end OSP engineering for complex fiber/copper builds, from routing and permitting through construction closeout. Your work ensures designs meet NESC and client standards while driving cost/schedule performance. You'll also mentor junior engineers and elevate quality through rigorous QA/QC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering for multi-site OSP builds including fiber/copper aerial and underground.
• Produce splicing diagrams, loss budgets, BOMs, and construction work prints.
• Direct field surveys and ensure NESC compliance and feasibility.
• Oversee permit packages and coordinate ROW/easements and joint-use engineering.
• Track budgets, KPIs, and conduct QA/QC inspections.

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership delivering complex OSP projects from design to closeout.
• Expert-level work order engineering, loss budgets, and constructability analysis.
• Hands-on field experience with NESC and industry OSP standards.
• Permitting/ROW/joint-use track record including pole attachments and make-ready.
